Each capsule contains:

  • 375 mg Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora, extract 4:1) equivalent to 1500 mg dried herb top.
  • 212.5 mg California-poppy (Eschscholzia californica, extract 4:1) equivalent to 850 mg dried herb top.

Non-medicinal ingredients:
magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose.

Dosage (adults 18 years and older)
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day 15-30 minutes before bedtime.
