Arnicare Sport relieves muscular fatigue, muscle cramps, and muscle aches following physical activity or overexertion. Use Arnicare Sport before, during and after physical effort to help your body recover from overexertion

Relieves muscular fatigue, cramps, and aches.

Medicinal ingredients
Arnica montana 9 CH
Sarcolacticum acidum 3 CH
Zincum oxydatum 3 CH

Non-medicinal ingredients
Sucrose
Lactose
Magnesium stearate
Citric acid monohydrate
Lemon natural flavor

Adults and children 6 years of age and older :
Chew and allow to dissolve. Take tablets between meals.

Prior to physical exertion :
1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior to exertion.

During physical exertion :
1 chewable tablet every hour.

After physical exertion :
1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement. Do not exceed 10 chewable tablets per day.

Arnicare^® Sport can be taken in combination with topical Arnicare Gel or Cream for both general and local relief.

If symptoms persist or worsen for more than 3 days, consult a health care practitioner.
