Recommended Use
Elderberry is used in Herbal Medicine to promote sweating (diaphoretic), to help relieve fever (in cases of common colds, flus), to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus (such as coughs, sore throat and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract) and joint pain associated with conditions such as arthritis in adults. Elderberry is used in Herbal Medicine as an alternative to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucus membranes in adults. Helps to support immune function.
Directions
Children (5-9 years): Take one (1) teaspoon per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents (10-13 years): Take one (1) teaspoon, two (2) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents and adults (14 years and over): Take one (1) teaspoon, two (2) to four (4) times per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
