Frankincense India (B. Serrata) Organic

Frankincense - India essential oil is used in aromatherapy as nerve calming, to help relieve cold and cough symptoms.

• Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 4 drops in ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally, 3 times a day.
  
• Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
