Lavender – True (Provence-1200m), Fine Lavender or Lavender officinalis, grown in Provence, is without a doubt the jewel in the crown of modern aromatherapy. In addition to an extremely pleasing scent, True Lavender essential oil is tolerated well by most and is highly effective. True Lavender essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its relaxant properties (sedative, calming, nervine) to help relieve nervousness, irritability and worry and to help with sleep.
Direction
Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steam machine. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
