Recommended dose: Adults, adolescents 9-18 years, and children 0-8 years: Take one drop daily.

Medicinal ingredients: Each drop (0.022 g) contains: Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU/ 25 mcg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Medium-chain triglycerides, sunflower oil, rosemary extract (Rosmarinus Officinalis).
