Health First’s Maca Root provides antioxidants and helps to support healthy mood balance during menopause. Is also used to help to support emotional aspects of sexual health.

Free from: animal derivatives, added preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, corn, gluten, wheat, lactose, soy, added sugar, yeast and GMO materials.

Medicinal ingredients: Each vegetable capsule contains: Maca root Lepidium meyenii Walp – 750 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Colloidal silicon dioxide, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), hypromellose.

Dosage:

Adults (19 years and older): For antioxidants: Take 1-4 capsules per day; For mood balance during menopause: Take 3-4 capsules per day; Adults (19 years and older); For emotional aspects of sexual health: Take 4 capsules per day.

Doses greater than or equal to 0.6 Grams per day: If you are taking antidepressants, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are taking blood thinners or have high blood pressure, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
