Product Brief: Vitamin C intake through the diet is essential to human health, as our bodies are not able to produce this important vitamin. The benefits of Vitamin C are many. It is vital in the production of collagen, which is the human body’s main protein substance that works to maintain
our connective tissue, cartilage, gums, and tendons. Vitamin C also acts as an antioxidant.

Health First® Vitamin C is in a timed-release formula. Because Vitamin C is water-soluble, it passes quickly through the body. In a timed-release form, Vitamin C is slowly released over a 6-8 hour period, making the benefits of Vitamin C available to the body over a longer period of time than regular Vitamin C supplements.

Recommended Use: Vitamin C is important in the normal development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth, and gums.

Each Tablet Contains:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 1000 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Citrus bioflavonoids 100 mg
Rosehips 25 mg
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, carnauba wax
and purified water.

Dosage: Adults take one tablet daily or directed by a health professional.
