Hyland's Calms Tablets

Indications: Homeopathic medicine for the temporary relief of symptoms of simple nervous tension and occasional sleeplessness.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Avena Sativa 1X HPUS (oats), Chamomilla HPUS 2X (chamomile), Humulus Lupulus 1X HPUS (Hops), Passiflora 1X HPUS (passion flower)

"HPUS" indicates that the active ingredients are in the official Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Lactose, Magnesium stearate, Starch (Corn and Tapioca).

Warnings:

Do not use if imprinted tamper band is broken or missing. In case of emergency or accidental overdose, contact a medical practitioner or poison control center immediately. Adults and Children 12 and over: For simple nervous tension: Swallow with water or chew 1-2 tablets as needed,3 times daily.

For occasional sleeplessness: 1-3 tablets ½ to 1 hour before retiring.

Children: 6-12 years: For simple nervous tension: Swallow with water or chew 1 tablets as needed 3 times daily.

For occasional sleeplessness: 1-2 tablets 1 hour before retiring.
