Suggested Dose (Adults)

Chew 1 tablet with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a total of 3 tablets per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, medications for blood pressure, diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures, if you are a tobacco smoker, or if symptoms persist or worsen. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
