Dandelion is used to stimulate the body`s entire cellular metabolism. The leaf is typically used as a diuretic to treat high blood pressure and fluid retention. The root is considered to be one of the most effective detoxifying herbs, working principally on the liver and gallbladder to remove waste products.

Additionally dandelion has therapeutic benefits for many conditions including constipation, skin problems including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and arthritic conditions such as osteoarthritis and gout.

DIRECTIONS
