Sewanti Organic Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurveda as Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic) to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age, as a sleep aid and for memory enhancement. According to its traditional use in Ayurveda, Ashwagandha helps to balance aggravated Vata (nervine). In Herbal Medicines, Ashwagandha is used as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress.

Medicinal Ingredients

Non-medicinal ingredients: vegetable capsule (hypromellose & water)

Adult dose: Take 3 capsules 1-2 times daily before meals or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Cautions: 

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use
• Do not use with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties.
