Directions
■ Adults and children over the ages of 4: Take 1 sachet daily.
■ Pregnant and/or breastfeeding women: Take 2 sachets daily.
Warnings
■ Take a few hours before or a few hours after taking other medications.

■ Do not use it if the sachet is torn.
