SPARKLING WATER KEFIR FLAVOURS + INGREDIENTS:

SPARKLING LEMON GINGER - Water, water kefir culture, organic sugar, organic lemon essential oil, organic ginger essential oil.

SPARKLING MOJITO MINT - Water, water kefir culture, organic sugar, fresh mint.

Minimal ingredients, no BS. Dairy-Free, Plant-Based, Gluten-Free, Caffeine-Free*, low in pre-digested sugar.**

* Traces amounts of caffeine in “The Palmer” due to the kombucha.

** The final sugar content depends on how long you let it brew.  As it ferments, the culture consume the sugars and convert them to carbon dioxide (carbonation), acids, bacteria, and yeasts.  And, we do not add any additional sugar beyond what the culture requires to do its magic or when flavouring.
