Hops

Traditionally used as a sedative and to relieve tension.

Dosage:
Adults: Take 0.8-1.5 mL (20-45 drops) 45 minutes before retiring in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are taking barbiturates, sedative drugs, and/or other herbs with sedative properties; if you have depression and/or related diseases.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Certified Organic Hops (Humulus lupulus, ripe strobile)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Distilled water, certified organic alcohol
