SURO’s Maple Wine Vinegar is something else! It takes 1 year to make from start to in a slow process using the Mother of vinegar. This ancestral method ensures that you get all the enzymes which occur naturally in the Mother of Vinegar.

Unpasteurized and unfiltered to keep the good enzymes from the Mother of vinegar as well as the natural occurring minerals found in maple syrup.

This is NOT maple syrup combined with vinegar. This vinegar is made uniquely from maple syrup wine. The entire process takes over 1 year to do. It is made artisanally at a sugar bush in Quebec.
