InjurEase Essential Oil

Sports. Sometimes you sport so hard that you kind of regret ever sporting in the first place. InjurEase is a powerful synergy filled with anti-inflammatory essential oils like Lavender as well as analgesic oils like Birch. We’ve included Ginger to help your body’s circulation kick out any lactic acid. We also included Marjoram to relax tense muscles and help sedate your nervous system so you can heal faster. All in all, this is a must-have synergy for any sports-related trauma, from a massage the night after a hike or a post-yoga soak in the tub. We add 1-3 drops to a tablespoon of Arnica oil as a muscle oil or (our favorite) ten drops to a jar of Epsom Salts.
